Returns
Contact our office within 10 days of receipt for authorization to return defective merchandise. Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge. If damaged due to mishandling, contact the freight carrier to file a claim. Video tapes and DVD's are not returnable except where a defect is found. The tape or DVD will be replaced after return of the defective tape. No refunds! Call (865) 947-5243
